This is an article I wrote several years ago about adapting d20 Modern's Wealth mechanic to the Star Wars Roleplaying Game, originally hosted on SWRPGNetwork. It's not entirely up to date, but it shouldn't be too difficult to adapt to the Saga Edition rules. In addition, I modified the original Wealth check mechanics to try to solve some of the issues that came up in d20 Modern, so you might find this useful if you run a d20 Modern game.
