Orders shipped to Texas addresses are charged 8.25% sales tax. (This is added while processing payment at the PayPal website.)

Domestic orders of $100 or more also qualify for free shipping via Parcel Post, but the customer can upgrade shipping to Priority Mail or Express Mail if desired.

Packaging of Miniatures
All miniatures are sold in mint or near-mint condition, including the matching stat card for the miniatures game. Mint figures (still in their original plastic bags) are supplied whenever available.

Some miniatures have been reprinted with identical sculpts in other sets. (For example, Stormtrooper 37/60 from Rebel Storm is identical to Stormtrooper 21/24 from Rebels & Imperials and Stormtrooper 3/4 from Attack on Endor.) Encounter packs and campaign packs may substitute these reprints based on availability, but the miniatures are otherwise identical except for collector's purposes. If you prefer a particular version, let us know in the comment box on your order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Returns
Orders may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving shipment (as recorded on the delivery confirmation by USPS). All contents must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, including but not limited to the individual packing around each miniature. The customer must assume any return shipping costs, and all shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued via PayPal within 24 hours of receipt of the return shipment and confirmation of its contents.

If there is a problem with an order such that the contents of a package are damaged or missing, notify us immediately via email at . Missing orders will be refunded or replaced at no cost, and damaged orders will be refunded or replaced after they are returned so that we can examine their condition and make substitutions as necessary. (Any return shipping costs for damaged orders will be refunded in full after receipt of shipment.)
