The title says it all: You can now input a specific amount for the cargo generator to create, ranging from 20 tons (enough to fill a speeder truck) to 250,000 tons (more than most bulk freighters). The generator scales its cargoes to be larger and more efficiently packed in larger shipments, so it produces plausible numbers for any size of freighter or warehouse.
I’ve also made a number of minor improvements — these are invisible in the final output, but you’ll find that more interesting cargoes occur a bit more often now.
Enjoy!
So is the cargo generator no longer working? It a great resource
I still have it — I just haven’t ported it over to the new website yet. I’ll get to it ASAP.
am I to take it the random planet genorator is the same as well?
That’s right. I haven’t gotten around to importing either of them to the new site yet because I’ve been pretty occupied with e20, but I’ll get to it as soon as I can.
Any word on when the cargo generator will be fixed mr. Sarli? Greatly appreciate everything you’ve done and continue to do for gaming, keep up the great work!
Getting e20 ready in time for Gen Con has taken longer than expected, so I haven’t had the time to fix the cargo generator yet. I’ll try to fix it before Gen Con, but I’m not sure if I’ll have time for it until after the convention. Sorry!
Oh that’s fine mr. Sarli, look forward to making use of it whenever it’s done. Thanks, and good luck at Gen Con!
Looking forward to seeing this reposted. They were both (Cargo and Planet generator) immensely helpful in my last campaign. Hoping to be able to reuse them when the campaign restarts again
